How to change your name
If you’d like to change the name associated with your Beacon account, you’ll be able to do this by heading to Settings > My preferences > Your details.
Make any adjustments to your name, and click Save changes.
How to change your email address
To change your email address, you can do this from Settings > My preferences > Your details.
Enter a new email address, and click Save changes.
After this, Beacon will send an email to your previous email address to confirm the change. You'll need to click 'confirm new email address' in your confirmation email. From there you can log into Beacon using your new email address.
Note: you will not be able to change your email address if you have logged in using your Google or Microsoft account.
Frequently asked questions
I’m an Admin user - can I change someone else’s name/email?
You won’t be able to make changes to another user’s personal details - they will have to log in themselves and make those changes from within their own account.
