Excellent! We now have a functioning Beacon account, with clean and useful data. None of this is going to be very handy unless your team have access to it!
First, decide who will have access to your Beacon account and invite them.
Next, you'll need to decide what 'type' of Beacon user each member of your team should be. Different user types enable different levels of access to the structure of your account and the data within it. Consider carefully who needs the most access, and where possible, follow our best practise guidance on admin users.
Finally, if you're using the Roles & permissions element, make sure to set up your roles and decide what your users should have access to.
It might feel slightly daunting deciding all of this right now, but don't worry, none of these decisions are final. Added someone as a regular user, but now want them to be a read-only user? Or maybe a new user didn't receive their invite email. Manage this all from your Team members page.
Next, we want to take a look at getting more data in to Beacon. We've got a good idea of all the historical stuff, it's time to set up Gift Aid and then get more supporters, members and event attendees engaged with your charity!
